Tim Nilsen has recently graduated from Widener University, studying business finance and minoring in accounting. He has worked at his father’s drywall construction company in Manhattan throughout his life where he gained experience as an estimator, carpenter, and later became a construction manager. While working for his father’s company he became interested in learning more about the real estate industry. He understands the importance of offering a one of kind experience for potential buyers as it can really impact the buying process of any property. Tim has started the Virtual Immersion segment of Nilsen Woods first and later will expand the company to become an all-inclusive Real Estate Marketing and Management Company. 

Nilsen Woods offers 2D Floor Plans, Virtual Video Tours, Virtual Staging, and Drone Photography & Videography services. These services enable a one of a kind virtual experience for potential buyers to see the full potential of a property without ever leaving their computers.
